Write in your own words, even if it's short. Say where you live, what the Embankment means to you and your family, and what you want: the greenspace protected, sensible investment in the park, and any stadium built on a more suitable site.
If you can, mention one practical point: the site is functional floodplain, the surrounding roads cannot absorb event traffic, or the loss of the city's main events field. Ask them a direct question, because a question requires a reply.
